JMZ is not responsible for charges on your phone bill for a long distance #, it is the customers responsibility to make sure the # is a local call for each
customer.
* Cancellations: All accounts held for
3 months or less are subject to a setup fee of $19.95 on regular accounts and $29.95 on DSL accounts plus the time used, once a month starts, the month
is not refunded. If an account is paid and the money is deposited into
the JMZ account and then cancelled, there is a $5.00 check return/cancel account
fee. JMZ must be told before you pay to cancel an account without any fees. If the account is less than five days old or if the account
has not been accessed in five days of the start of the account then the setup fee will be $10.00 (on phone
setup) or $25.00 (onsite setup) and/or if there is a problem with your computer.
All refunds will be made within 90 days from the last day of the month you
are canceling in.
If you paid for a 6 month or a year account in advance and do not finish out
that commitment you will then be charged the full amount starting from your
start date. DSL cancels:
When you sign up for DSL it is a one year agreement.
If the DSL is cancelled before your one year agreement
is finished there will be a $250.00 cancel fee.
If any DSL accounts with JMZ are switched to another provider such as
Windstream, SBC, Sprint, etc. without notice to JMZ before switching will not
receive a refund if the account was in the middle of a 3, 6 or 12 month
commitment.
Monthly Credit Card or Auto W/Draw Users:
If you pay by credit card, you must cancel before the 15th when we run your card
through or there will be a credit card cancellation fee of $10.00 + tax. All
refunds will be made within 90 days from the last day of the month you are
canceling in.
All accounts not paid by the last business day of the month will then be deleted
from our servers within the business hrs. of that day.
Invoices for internet and hosting services go out on the 1st of each month for
the following month of service and are due on the 16th. Any invoices past due
will be charged a $2.00 late fee. Any account not paid in full by the last
business day of the month will then be shut off. There will be a re-setup fee to
come back on and a new username & password will be needed.
* Web email access: JMZ has e-mail
available here and anywhere in the world, as long as you have your username and

* Spam Filter: JMZ does have a spam
filter on our servers. JMZ cannot catch all spam
that is sent or received and we cannot stop spam
that our customers signed up for. JMZ will do the best that we can do with the
software that is on our servers.
* Anti-Virus: JMZ does have an anti-virus
program on our servers. JMZ can not catch all the viruses to each and every
email address. It is the customers responsibility to have Norton Anti-Virus
software or compatible software on their computers.
