As of November 15, 2010

JMZ Computer Works has sold its customers to NetLink Services, Inc. 

This will be a very easy transition, since NetLink was providing all of your services anyway, and JMZ was merely a billing/customer service outfit.  Since NetLink has a complete customer service and tech support staff with generous hours, this aspect of your account will improve dramatically.

It is very important that you do not send any payments to JMZ and/or Michael Schaden after November 15, 2010.  If you do, those payments will not get posted to your account and Michael has refused to refund these.

This transaction involved assets only.  Any liabilities of JMZ Computer Works, Inc., remain the responsibility of JMZ Computer Works, Inc.  We do not know the status of that corporation.
